In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "y27s", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the y27s platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for delivering the services available at y27s.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the y27s platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the registered user profile created upon successful completion of the y27s registration process.
• "Platform" — the y27s website, mobile interface, applications, and any associated software or services provided at y27s.io.
• "BDT" — Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which transactions on y27s are conducted.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.

One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on y27s. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, y27s reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify y27s immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. y27s will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.

y27s may, at its sole discretion and without advance notice, suspend or close any Account that it reasonably believes has been registered with false, incomplete, or misleading information.

All financial transactions on y27s are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). y27s currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — Minimum deposit ৳200. Transactions typically process within 30 seconds.
• Nagad — Minimum deposit ৳200. Same-day processing on verified accounts.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — Minimum deposit ৳300. Processing within standard banking hours.
• Upay — Minimum deposit ৳200. Available for both deposit and withdrawal on verified accounts.

Source of Funds: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the y27s Account. y27s operates a strict anti-money laundering policy. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or anonymous sources will be rejected and may trigger a compliance review.

Void Bets: y27s reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on an event or market that was subject to an error in pricing, market suspension, technical fault, or other anomaly. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be payable.

System Errors: In the event of a technical fault, connectivity issue, or software error that affects the outcome of a game or the settlement of a bet, y27s will make a reasonable determination of the correct outcome based on available data. Where a correct outcome cannot be determined, the bet may be voided and the stake returned. y27s is not liable for any losses arising from such errors beyond the return of the stake.

Maximum Winnings: y27s applies maximum payout limits on individual bets and on cumulative winnings within a defined period. These limits are set per sport, per market, and per game type, and are displayed within the relevant product interface. Winnings in excess of the stated maximum will not be paid.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y27s Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below will result in immediate suspension of your Account, forfeiture of any balance pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of y27s.

y27s does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or technical faults, or that any particular game or market will be available at any given time. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect Platform availability.

In no event shall y27s's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

y27s collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at y27s.io/privacy-policy.
